My status says "Awaiting Provider Certification", am I waiting on the doctor to do something?

After your appointment with the Doctor, you'll need to add in the new Provider Certification. Log into your account and select your Date of Birth. This will open up your application. You'll need to navigate to the "Provider Certification" tab across the top of the screen. Click "+New" on the left and select the PC number out of the dropdown menu in the middle of the screen. This will populate the notes from your visit, and you can save them at the bottom to continue on with your application.
